Kidcentral Return Policy
Kidcentral Supply guarantees all sales. Any product purchased through Kidcentral can be shipped back for account credit with prior approval.
Kidcentral will extend a credit on the account based on the following conditions:
• Products are not price stickered
• Packaging is in resalable condition, not damaged
• Product is a regularly stocked item, not discontinued or seasonal
Kidcentral does not assume responsibility for shipments of returned products. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned product. Please contact Kidcentral’s customer service to request a RA #, (return authorization number) prior to returning any products.
Kidcentral Defective Policy
